Fundraiser

As some of you may already know, there is currently a charity carport sale being held for Cindy to help her with everyday financial needs. Half of the carport sale is already over but there is still another weekend left! It will be held this weekend the 20th and 21st of August at 324 N. Vine Street in Chandler, Arizona 85225. The Major Crossroads are Alma School and Chandler Blvd. The carport will be held from 6am to 12pm (noon).

Here are some excerpts from the flyer that was made for the fundraiser.

"Cindy Perry is a local artist whose work inspires the heart to heal the soul. In her most recent work, love and inspiration radiate from the canvas as you dream with Cindy's souls in flight. In colors drawn from the love she feels for others, you will find yourself transported to a world only Cindy can easily see.

Currently, Cindy is unable to work due to surgery to remove a massive brain tumor. She is undergoing aggressive chemotherapy and radiation. This is a very stressful time for her and her family, as Cindy now has no income.

Cindy's family and friends have teamed up to raise money to meet her financial needs. All proceedes will go to pay for necessities such as rent, utilities, and transportation to and from treatment. Thank you for your support and we look forward to your visit.

Items that will be available: Baby items, TV's, Clothing, Electronics, Kitchen Items, Books, Toys, Linens, Frames, Tools, Crafting Supplies, Movies, Designer Items (Tiffany lamps, designer purses).

  1. Hi sweetie...hear you're in the hospital again. Darn it anyway! Love the new slideshow on the blog...it's awesome. I check it every day and somehow it makes me feel that we're not so far apart. Just wanted to let you know that I'm thinking of you...just as I do every day. You're always in my thoughts, prayers and of course in my heart. I hope to get back there real soon. Stay strong...
    All my love, Aunt Sharon
